Key Responsibilities

• Confidently present comprehensive treatment plans and close cases at a high level
• Lead new patient conversion through exceptional communication and relationship-building
• Optimize scheduling and patient flow to maximize provider productivity
• Educate patients on insurance benefits, financial options, and treatment value
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver a seamless, five-star patient experience
• Maintain accurate records and ensure full HIPAA compliance
• Mentor and support team members on treatment planning, case presentation, and patient communication best practices (key growth responsibility)
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and patient conversion systems

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator in a high-production private practice
• Strong track record of high case acceptance and new patient conversion
• Solid knowledge of dental procedures, insurance workflows, advanced coding, and financial arrangements
• Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
