Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental treatment coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and de-escalate challenging patient situations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator.
• Medi-Cal and PPO knowledge
• Ability to verify insurance, audit accounts, present treatment plans and schedule patients correctly and effectively.
• Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and financial arrangements.
• Proficiency in dental software - Eaglesoft

Dental Treatment Coordinator in a general dental office: 2 years (Required)
