Dental/Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney – New York City

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a strong background in Dental/Medical Malpractice defense litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in defense litigation cases involving Dental/Medical Malpractice.
• Conduct thorough legal research and develop effective case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including motions and briefs.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions (virtually or in-person as required).
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Advise clients on risk management, compliance, and best practices in litigation defense.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• 5-8 years of experience in litigation defense, with a focus on Dental/Medical Malpractice.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw) and case management software.
• Ability to independently manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
