Location: Jacksonville, FL 32206
Duration: 09 Months (Extensible)
Interview: In Person Only
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm, 2-3 days per week

Job description:
Providing a full range of general dental services, including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures, and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.

Experience/Skills Required:
5 years’ experience providing a full range of general dental services, including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.

Must Have Skills:
DDS or DMD Degree
Active Florida Dental License
Current/Active DEA
Current CPR Certification
Must have an active Florida Dental License, in good standing.
Experience providing comprehensive dental exams
Experience performing preventive services
Experience with restorations
Experience with removable complete and partial dentures
Experience performing extractions
Experience using EagleSoft Electronic Oral Heal Record

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $95.00 - $101.00 per hour
