Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry, with experience in pediatric dentistry and oral surgery being highly desirable. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and performing various dental procedures. You will work closely with our dental team to ensure a comfortable and efficient experience for our patients.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery
  • Execute dental extractions and root canal therapy with precision
  • Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options and oral health education
  • Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide optimal patient care
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry
  • Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and aseptic techniques
  • Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus, along with familiarity with pediatric patient care practices
  • Ability to perform medical imaging as required for diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
