Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and have experience in various dental procedures. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, providing preventive care, and ensuring the highest quality of service in a welcoming environment.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine oral health status.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures within the scope of general dentistry based on competency and comfort level.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Proficiency in dental software such as OpenDental is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Prior experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent patient care skills with a focus on creating a comfortable environment for patients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $183,712.92 - $221,245.67 per year

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
