Cosmetic Dentist – Veneers Specialist (Luxury Practice, NJ)

About Us

We are launching New Jersey’s first veneers-only luxury dental group, designed to deliver world-class smile transformations in a modern, boutique environment. Our focus is on porcelain and composite veneers, paired with advanced digital technology and a concierge-level patient experience. We are seeking a talented, patient-focused Cosmetic Dentist to join us as our lead provider. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a premium, elective, cash-based practice — no insurance-driven dentistry, no high-volume drill-and-fill — just transformational cosmetic cases.

Role & Responsibilities

- Perform smile design consultations and veneer cases (porcelain & composite).- Utilize digital workflows (intraoral scanning, digital smile design).- Collaborate with high-end dental labs for natural esthetic results.- Deliver a luxury patient experience in line with our brand vision.- Participate in content creation (before/after photos, video testimonials, social media features).- Optional: mentor junior associates as practice expands.

Qualifications

- Active New Jersey Dental License (required).

- willingness to learn and take advice from others

- Experience with digital dentistry (Trios, iTero, or similar).

- Excellent chairside manner and communication skills — ability to consult, educate, and build trust with high-net-worth patients.

- Membership in AACD (American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry) or similar training (Spear, Kois, Dawson) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive compensation model: base salary + production percentage (20-30% of veneer revenue after lab costs).- Earnings potential: $200k–$300k+ annually depending on case volume.- Continuing education support (AACD, digital smile design, cosmetic courses).- Modern, luxury office environment with state-of-the-art equipment.- Growth opportunities, including equity or profit-sharing for long-term partnership.

Location

New Jersey (final location to be disclosed – targeting high-demand, upscale area such as Hoboken, Short Hills, Bergen County, or Princeton).
