We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic female dentist (BDS Fresher) to join our dental clinic/hospital. The ideal candidate should have strong academic knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow under professional guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations, dental check-ups, and preliminary assessments.
• Assist senior dentists in performing dental treatments and procedures.
• Perform basic dental procedures such as scaling, polishing, fillings, and extractions (as permitted by skills and training).
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
• Ensure sterilization and cleanliness of dental instruments and the clinic area.
• Stay updated with the latest dental techniques and practices.

Skills & Requirements:

• BDS degree from a recognized university.
• Valid registration with the Dental Council of India/State Dental Council.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-friendly approach.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to clinic practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and under supervision.
