Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients, supported by a dedicated team of dental professionals.
• Work in a patient-focused environment with an emphasis on comfort, communication, and overall experience.
• Participate in team huddles, planning your day, setting goals, and contributing to a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Work with a patient base that includes a significant number of children, with opportunities to make a lasting impact on young patients' dental health.
• Utilize modern equipment and technology including digital x-rays, fiber-optic handpieces, and DentaPro software.
• Maintain a productive office flow, managing an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day.
• Provide dental care to patients covered by various insurance plans, including state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network providers.
• Engage in mentoring opportunities and collaborate with fellow dental professionals to continually enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program.
• Current, valid dental license in the state(s) where care is being provided, or eligibility for licensure.
• Required certifications, including CPR and DEA, as applicable.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only in states where required, including LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• A genuine passion for working with children and adults in a dental setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with pediatric patients is a plus.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
