Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality dental care to patients, supported by a dedicated team of dental professionals.
- Work in a patient-focused environment with an emphasis on comfort, communication, and overall experience.
- Participate in team huddles, planning your day, setting goals, and contributing to a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Work with a patient base that includes a significant number of children, with opportunities to make a lasting impact on young patients' dental health.
- Utilize modern equipment and technology including digital x-rays, fiber-optic handpieces, and DentaPro software.
- Maintain a productive office flow, managing an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day.
- Provide dental care to patients covered by various insurance plans, including state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network providers.
- Engage in mentoring opportunities and collaborate with fellow dental professionals to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program.
- Current, valid dental license in the state(s) where care is being provided, or eligibility for licensure.
- Required certifications, including CPR and DEA, as applicable.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only in states where required, including LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
- A genuine passion for working with children and adults in a dental setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with pediatric patients is a plus.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
