Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver dental services to patients with guidance from your dental team.
- Use digital x-ray and Panorex units, fiber-optic handpieces, and modern dental equipment.
- Participate in daily team huddles to plan, motivate, and recognize team contributions.
- Treat primarily pediatric patients with an adult patient mix up to 30%.
- Manage daily office flow including operative and hygiene patients.
- Follow state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network requirements.
- Complete OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training annually.
- Engage in community and outreach activities to promote oral health.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited program.
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice.
- Required certifications including CPR, DEA; Nitrous Oxide if applicable.
- Passion for delivering dental care to children and adults.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pediatric dentistry.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to community engagement and patient experience.
