Job Overview
We are looking for an Associate Dentist to provide high-quality dental care to children and adults in a supportive, collaborative practice. This position offers mentorship, professional development, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric and adult patients.
• Use modern dental technology including digital x-rays, Panorex, and fiber-optic handpieces.
• Lead or participate in morning huddles and team meetings.
• Manage a patient base primarily ages 3–21 with up to 30% adults.
• Maintain smooth office flow with operative and hygiene patient care.
• Adhere to state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payor requirements.
• Complete required OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training.
• Participate in community outreach and patient engagement activities.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible to practice dentistry in the state of employment.
• CPR, DEA, and other required certifications; Nitrous Oxide certification if applicable.
• Dedication to providing dental care to both children and adults.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience treating pediatric patients.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in community programs and patient engagement.
