Key Responsibilities
- Provide dental services to patients with the assistance of a dedicated team, including hygienists, dental assistants, and support staff.
- Utilize advanced technology, including DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces, to deliver efficient and effective care.
- Maintain patient care and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are upheld.
- Work primarily with pediatric patients (ages 3-21), with the potential to treat up to 30% adult patients, depending on the location.
- Participate in daily team huddles to review goals, discuss patient care strategies, and support team collaboration.
- Help foster a positive image of the practice within the community and take part in initiatives that promote the brand.
- Stay up to date with continuing education and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program.
- Active, valid dental license in the state(s) where care will be provided or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Additional certifications as required, such as CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required in specific states).
- Passion for providing high-quality care to both children and adults, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a pediatric-focused practice or with pediatric populations.
- A desire for professional growth and mentoring through collaboration with an experienced team.
