Job Overview
We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join a mission-driven dental organization focused on providing high-quality, compassionate care. You’ll help create healthy, confident smiles for children and adults while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dental care to children and adult patients with support from a skilled dental team.
• Use modern dental technologies including digital x-rays, Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces.
• Participate in morning huddles and help foster team engagement and collaboration.
• Manage a patient base of primarily pediatric patients with up to 30% adults.
• Ensure smooth office flow: approximately 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients per day.
• Comply with state insurance plans, PPOs, and out-of-network payor requirements.
• Complete annual OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training.
• Support community outreach and patient engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the applicable state(s) or eligibility.
• CPR, DEA, and other required certifications; Nitrous Oxide certification if applicable.
• Compassionate approach and commitment to providing care to children and adults.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pediatric patient populations.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Interest in community and patient engagement initiatives.
