Our practice at South Riding Smiles, led by our practice owner Dr. Chong Lee, is looking for an Associate to join our long-established family dentistry practice where clinical excellence, team collaboration, and patient trust are our top priorities. We offer you a thriving environment with strong new patient flow, modern technology, and unmatched support for your professional growth.

Position Highlights

• Part-time (3-4 days per week) General Dentist position

• Minimum guaranteed salary: $90,000+/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections

• PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base – No Medicaid

• Mentorship and clear Doctor Development Plan

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000+ minimum annual salary – move to higher earnings through collections

• ️ What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

• Active State Dental License & DEA License

• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:

  • Restorative procedures

  • Extractions (simple and surgical)

  • Crown & Bridge

  • Endodontics (Root Canals)

  • iTero scanning

  • Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required

• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit

• Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
