Perfect Smiles Oak Forest is looking for a compassionate and skilled Dentist to join our patient-focused team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care and play a key role in educating patients about the importance of preventive oral health. Your mission will be to help our patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles through excellent clinical care and personalized attention.

What We’re Looking For:

• A current Illinois Dental License

• Experience in a Medicaid setting is a plus, but not required
