Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent patient assessment skills, and the ability to maintain accurate medical documentation. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals in a supportive and patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to root canal therapy, fillings, extractions, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate with patients and staff regarding treatment options and procedures.
• Adhere to aseptic techniques and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Skills

• Proficient in medical documentation practices and familiar with electronic health record systems.
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical terminology relevant to patient care.
• Experience with root canal therapy and other common dental procedures.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
• Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients regarding their oral health.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $750.00 - $800.00 per day
