Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, patient assessment, and the ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine dental health and treatment needs.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and prosthodontics.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize Eaglesoft software for patient management and record keeping.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide four-handed dentistry for efficient patient care.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.
• Manage pediatric dentistry cases with patience and expertise.
• Ensure the dental clinic is clean, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid dental license to practice in the state.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry and dental procedures.
• Experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $110.00 - $115.00 per hour
