What You’ll Do

• Provide full-scope general dentistry, including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and restorations
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions using the latest tools and techniques
• Design and fit crowns, bridges, and prosthetics
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation
• Ensure a safe, efficient, and supportive clinic environment
• Supervise and mentor dental staff and support team members
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and professional development
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care

What You’ll Bring

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Current Oregon dental license (or eligibility), with CPR/First Aid certification
• Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, patient-first approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to serving underserved and diverse populations
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $155,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
