Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing procedures, and educating patients about oral health. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments of patients' oral health and comfortable seeing high volume of patients (18-24)
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, root canal therapy, and extractions.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
• Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to provide optimal patient care.
• Be able to perform Root canals

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required; familiarity with pediatric patients is a plus.
• Proficient in using dental software such as Epic for managing patient records.
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to ongoing education regarding infection control standards and best practices in dentistry.
