We are a small private dental practice ans we have a great opportunity to join us as a general Dentist and support the team in providing the best oral health care possible for patients.

We are looking for a Dentist to join our growing team of professionals. We're seeking a motivated individual with a passion for dentistry and a background in practicing preventative maintenance in a dental office setting. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, exemplary professional and personal character, exceptional communication skills and experience utilizing the latest technology to benefit their team.

We provide the necessary support for our providers to be successful. While you focus on patient care, we focus on the other aspects of the practice including Clinical Development, Marketing, IT, HR, Operations Management, Compliance, Accounting & Finance, etc.

Primary Responsibilities:

Diagnose and provide the appropriate dental treatment for patients while maintaining the highest standards of care

· Educate patients and guardians on the importance of maintaining proper oral health and outlining goals for both medical and dental health considerations

· Develop a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for patients to help them feel comfortable with receiving treatment and encourage patient retention

· Partner with all team members in fostering a collaborative environment

Qualifications:

· Hold a current, or willing to obtain, the Texas Dental licensure and certifications required by the state, with no negative claims

Pay: $180,531.00 - $206,334.00 per year
