Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various dental procedures, and educating patients on oral health. You will work in a collaborative environment with a team of professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and examinations to diagnose dental conditions.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to endodontics, prosthodontics, root canal therapy, and pediatric dentistry.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions and treatments.
  • Implement infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency during procedures.
  • Fabricate dental appliances as necessary, ensuring they meet the required specifications for each patient.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures to promote overall health.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the highest standard of care.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
  • Proficiency in medical documentation and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and safety regulations in a clinical setting.
  • Experience or training in endodontics, prosthodontics, root canal therapy, pediatric dentistry, and dental fabrication is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
