We’re looking to grow our practice, and we’re seeking a dentist who values quality, integrity, and patient-centered care.

Our office is equipped with the latest technology, including a 3D printer, CEREC, PrimeScan, CBCT, and full implant capabilities (single and all-on-X), along with endodontics and Invisalign. While we take pride in our technology, we know what truly matters to patients is how they feel. They want to be heard, cared for, and confident they’re receiving ethical, high-quality dentistry. Our technology simply helps us deliver that excellence consistently.

We’re searching for a dentist who provides exceptional dentistry with empathy and precision. Our team and ownership are growth-minded, humble, and deeply invested in both personal and professional development. You’ll be supported by a caring, and collaborative team that takes pride in patient trust and clinical excellence. We work hard to make this associateship unlike most other opportunities out there. Here, success isn’t measured by numbers alone; it’s reflected in the quality of care, patient relationships, and communication we have. However, we’re realistic business owners but we do have practical, attainable, and we would define it well with you and your skill/ speed!

Position Details:
-4- or 5-day workweek
-Two locations: Cedar Springs and Hastings (option to work at one or split your time)
-W2 position with:
-401K with up to a 5% match
-Guaranteed daily minimum for the first 3 months
-Percentage of net production (whichever is higher)
-Continuing education and malpractice insurance
