Position Title: Dentist

Location: South Carolina
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Dentist to oversee and provide comprehensive dental services in a residential care setting. The role includes clinical care, supervision of dental staff, and administrative duties to ensure the effective delivery of dental services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical dental services including exams, prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and minor surgical procedures
• Manage and schedule dental services for residents
• Supervise and support dental department staff
• Maintain dental equipment and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., radiology, autoclave, nitrous)
• Promote oral hygiene through educational initiatives for residents
• Oversee inventory and ordering of dental supplies

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited dental school
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the State of South Carolina
• Strong clinical skills in general dentistry (including operative, prosthetics, crown & bridge, and periodontics)
• Knowledge of current dental regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $55.00 per hour
