Part-Time Associate Dentist

Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and highly personable part-time Associate Dentist to join our established practice.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. About Our Practice

• Serving the community for over 50 years
• 35% Fee-for-Service / 65% Insurance
• Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am-5pm
• Active patients: 5500-6000
• Average new patients per month: 35
• Technology: Digital X-rays, Cerec scanner & milling unit
• Specialty work in-office: Sleep Apnea, Invisalign, Candid Clear Aligners
• 6 Doctor chairs / 5 Hygiene chairs

Qualifications and Skills

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental program

• Current active MA dental license in good standing

• 4–5 years of clinical experience preferred (GPR/AEGD graduates encouraged to apply)

• Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, with a strong focus on prevention and patient education

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to continued learning and professional growth
