For decades as Northern Virginia Dental Associates, our practice has provided modern dental care to generations here in our neighborhood and region. Our practice is now looking for a full-time associate to join our established practice where clinical excellence, team collaboration, and patient trust are our top priorities. Position Highlights

• Full-time General Dentist position

• Annual compensation: $165,000/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections

• PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base – No Medicaid

• Mentorship and clear Doctor Development Plan

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000 minimum annual salary – move to higher earnings through collections

• Health benefits available for team members working 20+ hours/week

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

• Active State Dental License & DEA License

• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:

  • Restorative procedures

  • Extractions (simple and surgical)

  • Crown & Bridge

  • Endodontics (Root Canals)

  • iTero scanning

  • Implant placement experience is a plus

• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit

• Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
