Dentist

We are seeking F/T General dentists with at least 2 years of post-graduate practice experience.

www.bravodentaldallas.com We are a 6-locations Private practice company, all located within Dallas County (Dallas, Mesquite, Grand Prairie, Irving, Garland).

Compensation structure:

Signing Bonus for full time positions

Paid working interview at 30% Net Production allocated to work performed on the day of the working interview

$700/day during the first 60 days.

28% or higher of Collection after the first 60 days, based on ability to perform full range of general dentistry.

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS:

- We are not a Dental Service Organization or corporation.

- No Late hours! Office Hours: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM

- No company requirements/pressure to generate production with unnecessary treatment

- Each office with Supervisor and well-trained support staff so the dentists can focus on patient care.

- Robust new patient traffic at all locations

- No competing with fellow doctors for patients

- Specialists and senior dentists are available for consultation

Candidates should have:

- 2 or more YEARS of US dentist practice experience

- valid Texas Dental license, DEA, NPI

- US dental training and is eligible to work in the US

- Clean “Loss run” report with Liability insurance company

- necessary credentials to become providers with insurance companies and TMHP

- Proficiency and confidence in treating patients of all ages, our patients consist of adults, seniors, and children.

• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and medical imaging
• Proficiency in OpenDental or similar dental software

- Proficiency in routine treatment including but not limited to restoratives, surgical extractions, non-surgical endodontic treatment in max 1st molars, removable and fixed restorations, pulpotomy/SSC, all levels of non-surgical cleaning, preventive treatments, and emergency management.

- Dentists with excellent communication skills and a wide range of clinical abilities are most successful and productive in our practice setting.
