Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Your expertise in general dentistry, including restorative procedures, extractions, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry, will help transform smiles and improve lives. Duties

• Perform thorough patient assessments, including oral examinations and medical history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver a wide range of dental treatments such as dental restorations, root canal therapy, extractions (including oral surgery), prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry procedures.
• Utilize advanced dental technology and software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for accurate medical documentation and record keeping.
• Maintain strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques and adhere to OSHA standards to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Conduct dental imaging procedures including X-rays and other diagnostic tools to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize patient care efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient medical records and sensitive information at all times.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in ongoing education related to endodontics, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and other specialties.
• Document all procedures meticulously within medical records while maintaining clarity using appropriate medical terminology.

Experience

• Proven experience working as a licensed Dentist within a busy dental office or clinic environment.
• Hands-on experience with general dentistry procedures including restorations, extractions (including surgical), root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and pediatric treatments.
• Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, medical imaging techniques, and aseptic techniques.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatrics is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments while providing compassionate patient care.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $201,888.14 per year
