General Dentist – Texas

We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Dentist to join our friendly and growing dental team. Our modern, well-equipped office is dedicated to providing exceptional care in a comfortable and patient-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in general dentistry, including surgical extractions and molar endodontics. Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus. Familiarity with Open Dental software is recommended. We value teamwork, integrity, and a genuine commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive dental exams and diagnose oral conditions
• Develop and execute effective treatment plans
• Perform procedures such as surgical extractions, molar endodontics, and restorative treatments with precision and care
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection control protocols
• Work collaboratively with hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Dental License (required)
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Compassionate chairside manner and excellent communication skills
• Experience with Open Dental software (recommended)
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth
