Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Dentist to join our team at Roosevelt Family Dental. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dental practice, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care. There is one Dentist in-office per shift, two assistants and two Hygienists

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, and procedures.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with dental team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Stay updated with proven dental practices and systems.
• Uphold the core values of efficiency, excellence, friendliness, and ownership in every patient interaction.

Qualifications:

• Valid Dental License in Texas.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dental practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
