Summary:
Provides comprehensive dental care to patients and supports the Dental Director in clinical and administrative functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver full-scope dental services, including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, x-ray interpretation, restorative care, prosthodontics (fixed/removable), oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, and preventive education.

• Assist the Dental Director with recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of dental staff.

• Support administrative tasks such as maintaining required records and reports (e.g., Federal 330 grant, health care plans, QI documentation).

Qualifications

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited dental school; NYS dental license.

• Minimum two years’ general dentistry experience preferred.

• Strong clinical, supervisory, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience with dental EMRs preferred; bilingual Spanish a plus.

• Commitment to community health.
