We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients, ensuring their oral health and well-being. Duties
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth, gums, and oral tissues using clinical assessment tools.
- Develop personalised treatment plans based on patient needs and dental assessments.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and bridges.
- Utilise CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for designing dental restorations and prosthetics.
- Interpret medical imaging such as X-rays to diagnose dental conditions accurately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with legal and organisational standards.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Ensure all equipment is sterilised and maintained according to health and safety regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in dentistry through continuous professional development.
Experience
- Proven experience as a practising Dentist within a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy related to oral structures.
- Proficiency in using CAD software for designing dental restorations.
- Experience with medical imaging techniques such as X-ray interpretation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with current dental practices, sterilisation procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly to patients. Candidates should possess a recognised dental qualification and be registered with the appropriate professional body. A commitment to ongoing learning and maintaining high standards of patient care is essential for success in this role.
