Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dental care for patients in accordance with Utah licensing requirements.
• Diagnose, plan, and deliver effective treatment for a wide range of emergency and restorative cases.
• Educate patients on preventive care, oral hygiene, and treatment options throughout all phases of care.
• Document encounters accurately and efficiently while maintaining complete and compliant patient records.
• Lead and collaborate with a team of dedicated clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all state and federal regulations.Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills in every patient interaction.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with the potential to earn up to $300,000 annually for full-time providers.

Requirements

Education:

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Active {Insert State Name Here} dental license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
• DEA registration for controlled substances.

Skills:

• Comprehensive clinical skills with sound diagnostic judgment.
• Excellent chairside manner and communication abilities.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-first care.
• Experience with endodontics.
• Experience with surgical extractions.
