Compensation:
- Guaranteed Salary of $200,000 or 30% of collections -- Whichever is GREATER.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patients.
- Maintain up to date patient electronic records.
- Provide patient education in proper oral health, treatments and competent care.
- Conduct examinations of teeth and surrounding tissue utilizing diagnostic tools, including medical and dental histories, and dental radiographs.
- Collaborates with EDP medical and other staff for consultation and/or referral of patients and clients within and outside the clinics.
- Supervises taking of x-rays and monitors quality/procedure for x-rays and other equipment operation and procedures by assistants and recommends improvements when needed.
- Practices in accord with OSHA guidelines and standards and complies with HIPAA regulations regarding confidentiality of patient information.
- Maintains all required certification and licensing.
- Holds informed consent discussion with patient, and assures appropriate forms are signed prior to treatment.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Reviews medical history at every visit.
- Examines and assesses patient. Charts all pathologic conditions and reports these to the patient.
- Holds informed consent discussion with patient, documents same in the record, and assures appropriate forms are signed prior to initiating treatment.
- Prescribes medicine for patients as needed.
- Documents all treatment provided in accordance with EDP policy and procedures and signs the patient record.
- Able to move quickly and efficiently.
- Demonstrate expertise in diagnosing and treating dental emergencies, particularly in endodontics, oral surgery, and restorative dentistry.
