Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Dentist role based in Marathalli Bangalore. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental conditions, performing procedures like root canals, oral surgeries, and gum treatments, and using advanced technology such as RVG and laser tools. Other responsibilities include maintaining patient records, following sterilization protocols, and ensuring a high standard of patient care. The role also involves providing consultation, implementing effective treatment plans, and staying updated with dental advancements.

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Proficiency in a wide range of general dental procedures, including diagnosis, restorative treatments, and preventive care.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical dental practice experience.
• Hands-on experience with advanced procedures such as root canal treatments, laser gum therapies, and regenerative dental techniques .
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment protocols , along with strict adherence to sterilization and hygiene standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering patient-centered care .
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative clinical team .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (BDS) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Valid dental license in India is mandatory.
