- Examine patients’ teeth, gums, and oral tissues to diagnose dental conditions.
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, dentures, and preventive care.
- Administer anesthetics and perform surgical procedures as needed.
- Take and interpret dental X-rays, diagnostic tests, and impressions.
- Develop treatment plans tailored to patients’ needs.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control, and sterilization protocols.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff for efficient patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, new techniques, and best practices
