Position: Dentist – Communication & Workflow Management

About the Role

We are looking for Dentists to join our Ultimate Smile Designing Department, responsible for communication with clinics and managing day-to-day workflow. This role involves coordinating smile design cases, understanding clinical requirements, and ensuring smooth communication between dentists and our in-house team.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with dentists regarding smile design case details & approvals
• Manage the workflow of Ultimate Smile Designing cases
• Coordinate between DSD designers, CAD/CAM, ceramic, and QC teams
• Maintain accurate case notes, timelines, and follow-ups
• Understand clinical terminology related to smile design (veneers, alignment, proportions, midline, bite, etc.)
• Handle communication via calls, messages, case sheets, and digital platforms
• Ensure timely case delivery and smooth communication throughout

· Review and verify intraoral scan files (STL/PLY) for accuracy, margins, alignment, and scan quality

· Identify scan issues (voids, missing data, distortions, margin errors)

· Prepare case notes and coordinate with CAD/CAM & DSD teams

Requirements

• BDS
• Strong understanding of smile design basics & clinical dentistry
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and coordinate with multiple teams
• Freshers with good communication and digital understanding are welcome
• Training will be provided

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
