This is a General Dentist position with an initial focus on providing Hygiene care while building your patient base. As you ramp and patient demand grows, the role will transition into a full comprehensive dentistry schedule, either at this location or a nearby practice within our network. This is an excellent opportunity for a Doctor who wants to actively practice dentistry while expanding their clinical skills and scope of practice over time.

Position Details:

• Full team of in house Board eligible, or Certified, specialists to support your specialty needs
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Comprehensive dental office
• Compensation
• • 30% - 32% + of production based on experience
  • Guaranteed compensation in first 60 days of $700
  • Full time Dentist expected to make between $150,000 and $400,000

Position Qualifications:

• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Current WA State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
