Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional oral healthcare. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive clinical expertise, excellent patient communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient safety. Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments using medical and dental terminology to diagnose oral health issues.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including general dentistry procedures, root canal therapy, dental extractions, prosthodontics, and endodontics.
  • Utilize dental imaging technology and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide patient care with a focus on comfort, education, and informed consent, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
  • Conduct pediatric dentistry procedures when applicable, including treatments for pediatric patients with specialized care needs.
  • Collaborate with dental assistants in four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed records of treatments performed.
  • Stay current with advancements in dental technology and procedures to continually improve patient care quality.

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice dentistry in the designated location.
  • Proven experience in general dentistry; experience with pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, or other specialties is a plus.
  • Proficiency with dental office software.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, infection control practices, and medical imaging techniques.
  • Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate treatment options clearly.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.

Pay: $500.00 - $904.46 per day
