Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. This role involves diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing procedures, and educating patients on oral health practices. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to ensure a positive experience for all patients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine oral health status and treatment needs.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures, including dental extractions, fillings, crowns, and preventive care.
  • Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose conditions accurately and develop treatment plans.
  • Apply aseptic techniques to ensure a sterile environment during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation of patient treatments and progress in accordance with practice protocols.
  • Provide education to patients regarding oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient practice operations.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license and eligibility for board certification.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and general dentistry practices.
  • Experience or training in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in using Eaglesoft/Patterson or similar dental software for patient management and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $241,716.00 - $263,662.00 per year
