Job Title: Associate Dentist (Full-Time) – Dr. Gul’s Dental Clinic, Noida

Role & Responsibilities:

Clinical Skills:

• Perform general dental procedures: RCTs, restorations, extractions, scaling, crown & bridge work, etc.
• Assist in prosthodontic, orthodontic, and implant cases as required.
• Maintain high standards of sterilization, patient safety, and clinical hygiene.
• Ensure accurate case documentation and treatment planning.

Managerial / Administrative Responsibilities:

• Manage daily patient flow and chair-time efficiency.
• Supervise dental assistants and coordinate lab work.
• Maintain inventory and ensure timely ordering of materials.
• Support smooth clinic operations and patient follow-ups.

Soft Skills & Professional Traits:

• Excellent communication & patient counseling skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable with a sense of ownership.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Confident, empathetic, and able to build patient trust.

Eligibility:

• BDS
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of modern dental materials and digital dentistry is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time (Clinic-based)
