Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned, full-time associate dentist to LEAD our practice and provide comprehensive general dentistry. This position is 4-5 days per week, offering an excellent work–life balance while maintaining strong earning potential. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, patient-focused, and interested in a long-term opportunity within a stable, community-oriented practice.

Schedule

• Full-time: 4 days per week, Mon-Thursday, Fridays available also

• Consistent schedule with predictable patient flow, FFS/PPO office

* Working interview required

Clinical Scope

• Comprehensive general dentistry

• Preventive, restorative, crown and bridge, extractions, and basic endodontics

• Clinical autonomy with support available as needed

• Well-trained, experienced dental team to assist chairside and with patient care

Ideal Candidate

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

• Active Michigan dental license

• Several years of clinical experience required

• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

• Comfortable practicing independently in a general dentistry setting

• Values long-term relationships with patients and staff
