What We Offer:

• Path to Ownership: Dentists interested in practice ownership will find clear, supported pathways. This includes options to buy into an existing clinic or help launch and lead a new one.
• Transparent Compensation: Starting with a guaranteed base salary of $220,000 or 30% of collections, whichever is higher. Compensation increases annually by 2%, up to 40%.
• No Non-Compete Agreements: We believe in earning your trust, not forcing it.
• Reliable Income: No surprise drops in salary after a few months. Your compensation is guaranteed.
• $100,000 Welcome/Relocation Bonus available (Yes, you read that right. You won't see another offer like this!).

• Full-Time or Part-Time
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Estimated Annual Compensation: $220,000–$370,000+ (based on collections, with additional ownership potential)
