Associate Dentist Wanted – New Graduates Encouraged to Apply

Our modern dental office is looking for an Associate Dentist to join our team. We are dedicated to mentoring new grads, offering coaching and career development. With cutting-edge technology like digital x-rays, CBCT Panorex, and digital scanners, you will have the tools you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct dental exams and develop treatment plans
• Provide a full range of dental services to patients
• Educate patients about maintaining good oral hygiene
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team
• Keep patient records accurate and up-to-date

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Virginia dental license and DEA certification
• Experience with Eaglesoft preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
