The position will primarily be at one office, though time may be split between two locations as needed. Two or more years of experience are preferred, but will mentor the right candidate who brings the right attitude and value. This will be a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a supportive, upbeat and community-focused environment that may start with more basic restorative dentistry but has potential to be built up to implant and cosmetic cases
<Duties>
- Provide high-quality general dentistry services, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontics procedures such as bridges and dentures.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments by reviewing medical and dental histories, performing clinical examinations, and utilizing medical imaging techniques to diagnose conditions accurately.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient evaluations, ensuring clear communication of options and expected outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation.
- Collaborate seamlessly with dental assistants in four-handed dentistry to optimize workflow efficiency and patient comfort.
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care strategies, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term wellness.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques through ongoing education and professional development.

- Extensive knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
- Proficiency in using dental imaging equipment and interpreting radiographs for accurate diagnosis.
- Ability to assess patient needs thoroughly while demonstrating excellent patient care skills that foster trust and comfort.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records confidentiality and security.
