Dentist - DDS/DMD

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and a deep understanding of dental practices. This role involves providing comprehensive dental services, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with industry regulations.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose dental conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
• Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventive care measures.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
• Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, including pediatric dentistry and endodontics, to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid dental license to practice in the state.
• Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and infection control standards.
• Experience in patient care with a focus on compassionate service delivery.
• Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus, as well as experience in endodontics.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $221,543.00 - $237,019.00 per year
