Dentist - Deputy Director

The Opportunity:

Are you a top-producing dentist with a passion for mentorship, but you're not ready to leave the chair full-time? This "player-coach" role is the perfect first step into a leadership career. As our Deputy Clinical Director, you will continue to excel as a clinician at your home office while being paid an additional leadership stipend to help guide our team and serve as the primary backup to our Clinical Director. You must be great with people, understand dentistry is a team sport, be clinical rockstar including doing molar rootcanals.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Deputy Clinical Director Dentist: Fulfill all duties of a full-time clinician at your assigned home office, driving results through excellent patient care and teamwork.
• Serve as the primary backup for clinical coverage, traveling to other locations as needed to fill in during emergencies or planned absences.
• Assist the Clinical Director in mentoring and onboarding new associate dentists.
• Act as a local clinical resource and "first call" for questions from doctors in your region.

Who You Are:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school with a current California license.
• 3-5+ years of comprehensive clinical experience.
• Proficient in all phases of general dentistry, with a non-negotiable proficiency in molar root canals.
• You have a natural desire to teach and a reputation for being a collaborative team player.
• You are flexible and willing to travel on short notice to support other offices.

• Location: Based in one of our Orange County offices, with required travel to other local practices.

• Salary: Total estimated Compensation: $290,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year (Associate Compensation Plan + Leadership Stipend)
