Duties
- Provide clinical leadership for a 3 location dental practice.
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery with precision and professionalism.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including oral examinations, medical history reviews, and diagnostic imaging to develop effective treatment plans.
- Use advanced dental software for documentation, scheduling, billing, and maintaining detailed dental records.
- Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care strategies, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term dental wellness.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards including HIPAA privacy rules and infection control guidelines.
- Assist in dental fabrication processes when necessary for crowns, bridges or other prosthetic devices.
- Document all procedures accurately within electronic medical records systems while safeguarding patient confidentiality.
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Dentist in a busy dental clinic or healthcare setting with a strong background in general dentistry.
- Familiarity with dental office management software.
- Demonstrated proficiency in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics is essential.
- Experience working with Ohio Medicaid.
- Prior exposure to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques within a clinical environment is necessary.

Pay: $103,506.88 - $250,000.00 per year
