We are a well-established, multi-location private dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and team-oriented environment. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Associate who is looking for a long-term career opportunity with growth potential.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, fillings, extractions, crowns, root canals, and prosthetics
• Diagnose and present treatment plans with strong patient communication and case acceptance skills
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent patient experiences
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in EagleSoft (or your system)
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
• Uphold clinical and ethical standards while ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state board regulations

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license in the state of [Insert State]
• Current DEA and malpractice insurance (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply if confident clinically)
• Proficiency in diagnosis, restorative dentistry, and treatment planning
• Strong communication, chairside manner, and commitment to patient care
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
