JOB SUMMARY:
The Native American Community Clinic (NACC) is seeking a Dentist to join our growing dental department. The right candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, culturally competent dental care that makes a meaningful and measurable difference in addressing oral health disparities within the community we serve. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing NACC's impact on oral health through leadership, program development, and patient care.
JOB EXPECTATIONS:
- Demonstrate commitment to cultural competency and providing care to Indigenous and/or underserved communities
- Ability to diagnose common conditions of the oral cavity and administer nitrous oxide analgesia, local anesthesia and prescribed controlled drugs
- Participation in quarterly peer review audits.
- Provide dental education to clients or community groups as requested.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and committees.
- Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in state of Minnesota.
- 0-3 years of clinical experience in the United States.
- U.S citizenship or permanent residency in the United States.
- Current Registration with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and BLS certification
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
