Dentist – Non Clinical (Billing & Product Monitoring)

We are seeking a qualified dentist for a non-clinical role focused on monitoring billing processes, dental inventory, and product performance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, product knowledge in dentistry, and an interest in dental business operations rather than clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Monitor day-to-day billing operations and ensure accuracy in invoices

✅ Coordinate with clinics, customers, and internal teams for billing clarifications

✅ Track inventory, dental products, and supply chain updates

✅ Evaluate performance and usage trends of orthodontic and dental products

✅ Support product management by collecting doctor feedback and usage insights

✅ Maintain records of dental materials and coordinate with the warehouse team

✅ Prepare billing reports and assist in financial reconciliation

✅ Provide technical product knowledge to internal staff when needed

✅ Ensure compliance with company billing and product control policies

Required Qualifications

BDS Degree (Mandatory) — Non-clinical role

Experience in dental practice/clinic operations preferred
Strong understanding of dental/orthodontic products and treatments

Basic knowledge of billing systems & MS Excel

Good communication and coordination skills
FEMALE PREFERED
